Restoration of old offices into a two level duplex.
The project revolves around contrasts. It brings together classicism and modernity, cold and lively colours, straight and curved lines.
The second floor is entirely open, offering its occupants a large living area, bright and sunny all year round. The different spaces are differentiated thanks to the play of materials and very distinct colour atmospheres.
Comfort is enhanced by adaptive lighting while the apartment's audio system is signed Devialet.
The staircase of the apartment is the most important part of the project. It is created by a set of strips that gradually reveal a wall of classical style.
